How old do you have to be to purchase our sex toys?

• To purchase from our store you will need to be 18 years or over.

• Your credit card details are not kept in either our database, or on shopify’s, only the first few digits are kept for administration purposes.

• The best way to clean your toys is to wipe them clean after every use and wash with warm water and soap and be left somewhere safe to dry.

• You are more than welcome to send our products as gifts, if you would like us to forward your toy please notify us by our notes section with a message that you may want to add with your parcel.

• Sorry we are online only.

• Once your parcel has been sent, you will be notified of your tracking number via email for you to follow. If you have any question please don’t hesitate to contact us.

• All our parcels will be delivered by Australia Post.

• If your parcel gets delivered while you are not home. It may be placed in a safe place by the front door otherwise the parcel will be directed to your closest post office.

• We are located in Melbourne’s Yarra Valley.

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express, paypal and afterpay. If you wish to pay over the phone then that is welcomed too.

• At this stage we will be only shipping Australia wide. We will look at selling overseas in the future.

• For obvious health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns as once this has been in your possession they cannot be resold. We have to be extremely strict and careful with this policy as I am sure most customers would not like to have purchased a product of this kind when someone else has already used this and unfortunately we are unable to accept everyone’s claim that their item remained unopened and unhandled as most of our stock does not come sealed in a way to prove this. Please understand we have this policy in place to protect you our customer and your health and wellbeing.

• If an item is currently out of stock, its in the process of being re stocked but unfortunately this can be out of our hands regarding post delays. If you wish to purchase a product that is out of stock, please contact us and we will fill you in on the new restocking.

• When you place your order, you will receive any email from us stating that your payment has been made.

• We aim to have your order sealed and delivered within 3 days of purchasing.

• The cost of shipping your parcel Australia wide will be $10

• All our toys are water resistant, we don’t recommend submerging them in water.

• Our toys are all recharged by USB, you may find that some products that require a remote, they may need a AAA battery.

• You are more than welcome to contact us if you require further information regarding any of our products. We are more than happy to help you purchase the correct product for you.

2. Personal Lubricants come in a variety of bases. These include: water, silicone, oil & hybrid which are a combination of base ingredients.
3. Water-based lube is most versatile in that it can be used in almost all sexual activities and are generally safe for your toys and body.
4. Silicone-based lubes are typically body safe and has a tendency to last longer. These lubes are not generally recommended for sex toy play as they can damage the surface of your silicone toys.
5. Oil-based lubes are best for couples who want long-lasting lubrication that won't need to be reapplied. They're also great for those erotic massages many couples love. They aren't recommended for couples using condoms and may stain your sheets.

• It would be best to store all our products in a safe dry place.

• If you wish to order a particular colour which is out of stock, we will need to place an order with our supplier to meet your order. If your happy to wait then we will get your parcel to you as soon as we can.
